hello I downloaded C-MAP because one of my classmates recommended it to me, and I found it useful. However, I did not know that downloading and using the app would result in a payment. The money in my GCash account, which I was supposed to use to pay for my boarding house and daily allowance, was suddenly taken. can i get a refund?
It stopped worrying on my Android phone. I was told there would be an upgrade a month or so ago and it's still the December 2025 version in the Play Store

disappointed. I'm a premium subscriber and app doesn't give me the perks for it. asks me to subscribe, then says I'm already subscribed. have tried to get support in app. won't let me. so disappointed as have loved this app for many years.
