Experienced 403 forbidden error during launching the app. Had 3GB int'l roaming however it's been used up within 5 days. Usage merely for WhatsApp (no video calls) and sharing some photos. Not watching any videos. While in SG, 3GB can last me for at least 2weeks with 24/7 using data and watching drama serials. I suspect 8 deplete roaming data faster than local. Lost to Simba 12GB int'l roaming, more than enough data. Will consider switch to Simba.
I upgraded to a 5G+ plan expecting better connectivity, but instead, I have been unable to access 5G and my connection falls back to 4G from 5G for the entire period. Despite repeated attempts to report the issue and follow up with customer support, there has been no meaningful resolution. What is particularly unacceptable is that Eight Mobile marked my support case as "resolved" despite the problem remaining unresolved. Closing support tickets is not the same as fixing problems.

similar to other users, force stopped app, clear cache, clear data, reinstalled TWICE, still blank screen??? what do u want me to do???????? do BETTER

app's UI is terrible and confusing. was attempting to port over my old phone number from another service provider, ended getting double charged plans and unable to port in my number. refunds are not allowed as well.
1. Apps are not stable, and cannot run properly. 2. Cannot biometric but keep asking for biometric. 3. Cannot keep on login, need login every time open.
Subscribing eight for $8 per.month. Very satisfactory with the line. Uisng this daily between Malaysia and Singapore. Line is stable. Strongly recommend for others

hello why is tis app become blank? how to check our billing pls fix it asap dont tell me tis app always got problem so annoying now i saw so many bad review thinking of is it bad having tis eight data hvnt try if i go out of sg pls fix it soon
Unfortunately the 5G network is very spotty where I work at, and my usual route. 4G is better for stability. The only time 5G is any useful is when I'm in a crowded area. The service does not allow main balance for yearly plans too, which is a very strange requirement.
