Once again I'm unable to sign in after verifying with MitID. In the age of AI, for the love of all things please make a robot fix it, as it seems the humans are not willing to.
Kan kun bekræfte andres dårlige oplevelse af app, specielt at man sporadisk ikke kan logge på. I 2026 burde en sådan app have større stabilitet. Selv vores skole virker til at være træt af oplevelsen omkring kvaliteten. Jeg kunne godt være bekymret om der var styr på mit og mit barns data på platformen, når man ikke kan håndteret noget så elementært som login flow :-(
Everytime its updated (or randomly) ?) im logged out of my school as a parent and I cant sign in again with MitID. Im stuck on the MitID screen after approving sign in. At some point it usually works again. So incredibly annoying! Itslearning, we are real human beings who need this app to work. Please get your act together. Edit: Its 2026 and the devs still havent implemented the back button in Android. Back just exits the app.. I have no words for the utter incompetence on display.

Navigation i appen er forfærdelig. Back knappen resulterer ofte i, at man lukker appen. Seneste udvikling har været, at jeg er blevet logget ud, og nu ikke kan logge ind igen. Forsøg på at logge ind med MitID ender med, at den åbner min Chrome browser og går i stå der. Skifter man tilbage til appen, har den stadig MitID åben, og trykker man back, kommer man tilbage til login. Her sidder den fast i uendelig loop.
Really bad functionality on android devices. Especially the fact that writing a message moves the field of view and you can't really bring it back easily to send the message or attach a file. Notifications and messages marked as read do not update their status, files do not open natively.
have to reinstall it every 3-6 months as it simply stops working. can't really login when reinstalling as it uses mitId and opens a browser of its own choosing (not my default one), and in that one, doesn't register my mitId login. back button closes the entire app. it's near impossible to stay up to date as there are no proper filter options.

Asks for login through mitid. After logging in, it opens the Web browser and the app stays logged out. Pathetic
Purges school and credentials when connection is not turned on while opening the app. Unilogin and MitID integration is broken. Sent to a blank page after sign-in. Given how long it has been broken I recon it won't be fixed before my kid is out of school. Hope the school doesn't anything important to communicate. Pitty it's tax money funding this scam.
