App didn't work properly when trying to login. Why do I need to login to begin with just to see a map of where the bus goes and to see arrival times of buses. This app is awful and should have just been a very simple website, there's no good reason this info can't just be a website without the need to download another app. In addition to this the audio on the bus was not working so the tour was completely useless.

terrible app, crashes constantly when trying to pay. took our money, crashed when we clicked download voucher. no voucher emailed but they took our money. edit: they are refusing to refund saying they sent an email with the ticket which I didn't receive. I bought the ticket in the app, didn't receive it in the app.

I use it in every country or city I visit. It saves you money and time, plus you get to see the places of interest in basically one shot.

I wont be recommending this tourist service. Customer Service is atrocious and inspite in repeated requested has not responded to my queries. The ground team in London doesn't communicate with accurate information to the team in India that handles the app and answers Customer Service queries. I will be recommending my collegues and suppliers I work with to either not work with your company or not renew any contracts they have with you.

easy to see map and lots of details of what to see nearby each stop. Bus arrivals are NOT live though as advertised

This app does nothing. it will not show any busses. will not tell any times. it does not function whatsoever.

Useless because we can't add already purchased vouchers on this app to avoid carrying papers around and have everything in one place which is the ultimate goal while traveling. Such a simple feature to upload our voucher is needed not a useless chatbot ! The destination we wanted wasn't available on the app but we found it on the website. Disappointing .

I absolutely love this app! It’s easy to use, and the interactive map is fantastic. I loved being able to plan my route and discover all the must-see spots in London. Being able to see exactly when the next bus was coming was brilliant. The app is smooth, intuitive and packed with useful information about the city and the best places to go. The AI recommendations are amazing! It suggested hidden gems I would never have found on my own. It’s a really great addition for any city break.
