Hx™ Thermostat

UAT testing

you need to be able to see system status through the app. this app is only for adjustment the temp up and down which is really dumb for a communicating system. i need to be able to see everything through the app. please fix it.

Simply Horrible, won't connect. loses connection, how could you possibly put this out for consumer use. 0 star appropriate.

required for basic functionality of our hvac.....no ability to change to a better thermostat, clunky firmware, overall terrible experience...replaced a 20 year old unit and im just not seeing any energy savings which is incredible....will probably never consider york again.

for a company that specializes in controls this product lacks what other thermostat manufacturers have added to their basic apps. JCI need to update this product.

does not even give info on if unit is cooling or heating.

the app forces you to disable 5G wireless, and only use 2.4G. If it wasn't for being required to set up wireless on the thermostat, it would be nothing more than a remote control.

can't connect to Google home which is the whole reason I bought this expensive thermostat

Worst app for thermostat ever. I got a new HVAC until and they installed this. Hasnt worked right any, they brought me a new thermostat and it still doesn't work. The app and wall until wont even connect. I had a nest for 5 years and never had not 1 issue. Avoid this
