really great, compact printer and the app is pretty easy to use and understand. but I use a4 individual papers, I cannot stand the automatic feed when I load a sheet of paper and printer pulls it almost 50% through. I have to trigger the auto-feed just right and pull back the paper so it doesnt get pulled through, leaving only half the sheet for printing. I cannot find a spot to turn that off. its super frustrating.
lots of connection problems, doesn't do fed ex, or switch between selling platforms very well

love this little thing! I've only used it a dozen times and had an issue with a line missing. I had to clean it with alcohol wipe. Working like a charm again!
easy to navigate, works as it should.
