TaskFlow is a simple task manager for individuals and small teams. Create tasks, set deadlines, assign them to the right people, and see exactly what needs attention today, without digging through chat threads or spreadsheets. Whether you run a studio, lead a department, manage a club or just want to keep your own work in order, TaskFlow gives everyone one clear place to plan, follow up and finish. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See what needs you today. The dashboard puts overdue and due-today tasks first, so you know where to start. • Keep every task on one board. Tasks are grouped by deadline - Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, This Week and Upcoming - with status, priority and owner on each card. • Filter the board. Narrow it down by status or priority to focus on the work that is moving. • Switch to the calendar. See deadlines and busy days at a glance and open any task from the day you pick. • Talk it through in the task. Every task has its own details, owner and comment thread. Mention a teammate with @ to get their attention. • Get the right notifications. Be told about new assignments, comments, approvals and approaching deadlines, and mark everything as read in one tap. • Approve and review. Ask for a deadline extension, and let the person in charge approve or decline it in the app. Completed work can go through an approval step too. • Organise your team. Add departments and roles, decide who can do what, and review requests from people who want to join. • Invite people in seconds. Share a join code or show a QR code and teammates can request to join your workspace. • Start on your own. Choose "Just me" to use TaskFlow as a personal task manager, and turn it into a team workspace later when you are ready. People in other organizations cannot see your tasks, comments or members. Only the people you let in can see what you share, and the people in charge decide who can do what. FREE AND PAID PLANS TaskFlow is free to start. The Free plan supports up to 5 members and 50 active tasks, which is plenty for trying it with a small group. When your team grows, paid plans are available as in-app subscriptions: • Personal Pro - for a personal workspace • Team - for up to 25 members • Business - for up to 100 members Paid plans remove the free limits on active tasks. Prices are shown in the app by Google Play before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can manage or cancel at any time in your Google Play account settings. Cancelling or downgrading never deletes your data. PRIVACY AND CONTROL You can delete your account and data from inside the app (Profile > Delete account), or request it on the web.
