CompareOpen in Google PlayReally helpful and insightful. This was what I was looking for. HR monitor while breathing, and full control of durations, vibrations of the watch. I am making a donation to thank the developer and keep the app updated with bug fixes and/or new features. Thank you from a fellow developer into breathing exercises.

Thanks for the reply! turns out dark mode overwrites the setting. I am using a samsung A70, maybe samsung's implementation of dark mode is the problem? I have android studio downloaded on my machine, I'll try and mess around with the code over the weekend.

Thanks Jacob for the great review! It's not obvious in the help demo, but did you try pressing the back arrow underneath the Background Color text, after you selected a background color? See https://github.com/jithware/brethap#preferences
