it works! I had no idea this type of app existed but it makes manual reception on my citizen eco drive radio controlled setting to connect much more efficiently
I tried another two radio apps before this one they did not work this is the only one that did

My Seiko SBTM323 had a successful local time sync with this app, while located in Florida, using the BPC (China) station. It worked even on non beast mode. Thank you!
