careful with the hidden auto renew, the subscription went up without warning and I never click on any auto renewal

we canceled and they try still billed us for two more months and won't refund us. had to dispute charges.

They start you out good. But after 2 video meetings. Things go very bad. Like you can't sign in for your video meet to keep on track on receiving your weight loss medicine. which interrupts you staying on track on a healthy you.

Ever since the update, I have not been able to open the app on my phone. I have done the uninstall and reinstalled it and still all I get is a blank green screen. Very disappointing.

Please stay away from this service. They charged me for an entire year in February (I was completely fine with that) and then canceled my subscription in April. When I contacted them to ask them why they canceled it, they are saying I need to re-sign up for it and want to charge another $1200 for a year membership. I have been going back and forth with them for weeks. Absolutely a waste of money and time. I would go to Ro instead. Same thing and they do not do this to you

Way too ezpensive with hidden fees like $200 for virtual visits. UPDATE: They also charge for ZERO service or meds if you somehow get sucked into their system. Per their staff, they cannot refund after THREE (3) days of joining. I opted out after they tried to charge me for a doctors consult and they still charged me. I wish I could give zero or negative stars.

Scam 100%% They take the money right away and give you pharmacy options. They are supposed to fund the pharmacy but the pharmacy cannot take payment from them and ask you for the same amount that Found already charged. The customer support associates will not reply to my emails or my in app requests for my money back. I have paid and have not received a product.
