The first time I tried to install and play this game, it worked fine. But after closing the game for the day and trying to play it the next day, it says server connection error, no matter how many times I tried. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but still it won't work.

Sorry you’ve run into this. It should be working now. If the problem persists, please reach us at https://discord.gg/QQgWpaYB8h or support@joybits.org so we can help you get back into the game.
It's very frustrating when a game on play pass blocks play pass users from using the shop. There's no reason to remove that for play pass users other than pettiness. It's just rude.
Developer reply
We understand why this feels disappointing. The game should still feel complete and worthwhile through Play Pass, and we’ll keep your comments in mind as we continue improving the experience.
Fun game, but internet issues are constant, and disrupt the experience. Cannot save or report issues.

Very nice game but... ads are way way to much, even annoying to playing the game, its ridiculous! Would never give a 4 or 5, we watch ads on tv, games enough i have of them.
Developer reply
Thank you for your feedback regarding the ads. We understand that they can be frustrating at times. Rest assured, we are actively exploring ways to improve the ad experience in our app and upcoming games to enhance your overall satisfaction!
Loved it at first. Clearly a p2w game made available on play pass. It's too hard to progress, game goes this way: warehouse full, can't sell surplus, level too fast but still missing parts to upgrade EVERYTHING. then can't complete anything because the game asks you for what you can't provide.

love it. create from scratch
Developer reply
Creating everything from scratch is one of the best parts! Thanks for the five stars, Darci. We’re glad you’re enjoying the game.
Can you make it so we can save the game. It will not save and you cannot connect through facebook. I accidently lost my lost game but it never saved. It is a fun game but too many ads. until I can safely connect with fb and save the game I wont buy anything.

Thanks for the four stars, Laura-Beth. We’re sorry about your lost progress. Please contact us at https://discord.gg/QQgWpaYB8h or support@joybits.org so we can help, and we hope to earn that fifth star in the future.
Concept is fun, the game has just too many bugs and the devs don't actively work on it anymore. Marketplaces that don't work, quests that are impossible to achieve, workers that disappear, constant force closes due to "connection" issues. It's unstable and it takes away at least half of the fun to play.
