Yours is a backyard table, a jug of lemonade, and Auntie Girlie telling you not to wait on anybody. Drag two ingredients together and they turn into something better. Keep merging and a handful of lemons becomes a cold limeade, a plate of curry goat, a whole Caribbean feast. Serve customers with names, moods and favourites, and follow Auntie Girlie's voiced story from that backyard table to your own flagship restaurant. Cook your way through twenty five island businesses, from a lemonade stand, a juice bar and a Jamaican cookshop to a jerk hut, a bakery and a beach resort kitchen.
