Visual improvements and add a new feature: create a recipe from a meal in the journal.
Track food, calories and macros. Offline, private, no account, no ads.
MyDietJournal is a simple food and nutrition journal. Log what you eat, track calories and macros against your goals, follow your weight, and build recipes. Your data stays on your device. Log your day - Search a large built-in list of common foods, plus Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central online. - Scan a barcode to add a packaged product. - Identify a food from a photo, on-device, with no upload. - Your frequent and recent foods are one tap away. - Group foods into your own meals, or log them straight to the day. - Edit any food, or create your own. Calories and macros - Set a daily calorie goal and a protein, carbs and fat split. - See calories left and macro progress on a clean dashboard. - Set goals two ways: by calories (split into grams) or by macros (grams into calories). Recipes - Build a recipe from ingredients and get per-serving nutrition. - Log it like any other food. Weight - Log your weight for any day and see the trend on a chart. Private by design - Offline-first. No account, no sign-in. - No ads, no tracking. - Food searches are sent only to the food databases to fetch results. Notes - Nutrition values are estimates, not medical advice. Check with a professional for medical or dietary decisions. - Contains information from Open Food Facts, made available under the ODbL. Generic food data from USDA FoodData Central (public domain). - Metric units (kg, g).
