This app provides break reminders at set intervals to address eye and shoulder strain from prolonged desk work. It includes guided stretches and eye exercises synchronized with screen movements, allowing for quick and easy resets in just one minute.
Are you sitting too much? For those who spend their days at a desk or using their smartphones, your eyes, shoulders, neck, and lower back need frequent breaks. "Reset Habit" is a break reminder app that gently reminds you to take a break at intervals you set, guiding you to self-care that can be done in just one minute. No login required; records are stored only on your device. You can start a one-minute care session directly from the notification, allowing you to take a break whenever you notice. These small steps will gradually build into a "habit." ■ Recommended for: ・Those who work long hours at a desk, whether at home or in the office ・Those whose eyes easily get tired from using computers or smartphones ・Those concerned about stiff shoulders, neck tension, or poor posture ・Those who tend to forget to take breaks when they're focused ・Those who don't like exercise but want to care for themselves in their spare time ■ Main Features Break Reminder You can freely set the notification interval (20 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes), time of day, and day of the week. You can create notifications tailored to your lifestyle, such as "only during work" or "only on weekdays." You can start self-care immediately from the "1-Minute Care Now" notification, and if you want to rest your eyes for a day, you can take a break with a single tap. You can also choose "Smart Notifications," which skips notifications when your phone is in silent mode or when you've just performed self-care, and "20-20-20 Eye Rest Mode," which gives your eyes a rest every 20 minutes. 1-Minute Self-Care (19 Types Total) Easy 20-second to 1-minute menus are available in the categories of Eyes, Shoulders & Neck, Posture, and Breathing. Thirteen of these are guided stretches and eye exercises that move your eyes and neck in sync with the screen's movements. The screen doesn't turn off during care, and a short vibration signals the end. You can continue even with your eyes closed using the voice guide that reads out the steps (vibration and voice guide can be turned on/off in the settings). Easy-to-Continue Tracking The monthly calendar shows the days you've done self-care in green. The weekly graph compares your daily goals, and you'll be notified on the home screen when you reach your goal. The more you use the app, the more achievement badges you earn. See "Recent Trends" to understand your usage patterns by time of day, and enjoy weekly reports delivered Sunday evenings. You can share your monthly records as a single image. Home Screen Widget Displays today's care count and allows you to start recommended care with a single tap. Expanding vertically displays consecutive days and category buttons. Transferable to New Devices Back up your records and settings to a file and restore them on your new device. Records can also be exported as a CSV file. Easy-to-Use Design Supports theme switching (Light/Dark/Device-Specific) and color schemes that match your wallpaper (Android 12 and above). Changes are notified after updates, and you can view the update history from the settings screen. ■ How to Use 1. Choose the notification interval (you can change this later in the settings) 2. When you receive a break notification, tap "Take a 1-Minute Break Now" 3. Follow the on-screen instructions and stretch your body for just one minute. ■ Recommended Uses ・Reset your eyes by "Looking into the Distance" during work breaks ・Change your mood by "Raising and Lowering Your Shoulders" before a meeting ・Take short breaks between studying or reading ・Take a moment to relax at the end of the day with "Neck Rotation Stretch" ■ About Ads, Permissions, and Data ・It's free to use. Banner ads will appear on the screen, and full-screen ads will occasionally appear after completing a care session. * No account registration or login is required. * Care records and settings are saved on your device and are not sent to external servers. * For ad display purposes, information such as ad IDs is used by Google's advertising services. * Allowing notifications is used for break notifications, and allowing precise alarms is used to ensure timely notifications. ■ What to do if you don't receive notifications Depending on your device, notifications may be delayed or not received due to power saving (battery optimization) settings. The "For those not receiving notifications" section in the app provides guidance on battery optimization and precise alarm settings. If "Notifications are disabled" is displayed on the home screen, you can allow notifications from there. ■ Feedback and Suggestions Please feel free to send us your feedback via the suggestion box in the settings screen. We are continuously improving the app based on your feedback. * This app is intended to provide a starting point for refreshment and self-care.
