Sleep Stop is a sleep timer app for people who fall asleep with music, videos, or podcasts playing in the background. At the set time, it gradually lowers the volume before stopping playback. This prevents playback from continuing until morning, saving battery and data usage. No account registration is required; install and use immediately. It's free (banner ads are displayed). ■ Recommended for: ・Those who have a habit of listening to music, videos, or podcasts before bed ・Those who often find playback continuing until morning ・Those whose current playback app lacks a sleep timer ・Those who wake up easily when sound suddenly stops ・Those who want to conserve their phone's battery after falling asleep ■ Main Features One-tap sleep timer Simply press the buttons for 15, 30, or 60 minutes to start. You can also specify the time to stop or the exact time to stop. You can freely register up to 6 time settings between 1 and 180 minutes. By arranging frequently used lengths, you can set your nightly sleep timer with just one tap. Gentle Fade-Out The volume gradually decreases before the timer ends, stopping abruptly without sudden silence. You can choose the fade-out length from Off, 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 3 minutes. Pause and Mute Insurance After lowering the volume, the currently playing media will pause. There's also a "mute insurance" feature that sets the volume to 0 in case it doesn't stop automatically (behavior may vary depending on the device and playback app). The lowered volume can be restored to its original level the next time you use it. Stops On Time Even in Power Saving Mode Even when the screen is off and the device is in power saving mode, the stop process will occur at the set time. This also applies to nights when fade-out is turned off. Even if the device restarts during the timer, timers that have significantly exceeded their time limit will not stop the sound the next day. Control from Notifications, Widgets, and Quick Settings You can extend or stop the timer without opening the app using the "+10 minutes," "-10 minutes," and "Stop" options in notifications. You can also quickly start this from the home screen widget or the quick settings tile. Shake to Extend (Optional) Shaking the device with the screen on during the timer will extend it by 10 minutes. You can choose from 3 levels of sensitivity when shaking. Screen Lock (Optional) After the timer ends, the screen will turn off and the device will go to sleep. This only works if enabled. History and Usage Statistics Up to 500 past usage entries are recorded, and you can check the total time, usage count, and completion rate every 7 and 30 days. The history can be exported to a CSV file. Update History and Notifications You can check past updates from the settings screen. You will be notified within the app when a new version is released. Japanese and English Display The display will be in Japanese or English according to your device's language settings. ■ How to Use 1. Select the button for the time you want to stop. 2. Press the start button and play music or videos as usual. 3. Go to sleep. The volume will be lowered and playback will stop at the set time. ■ About Ads, Permissions, and Data Banner ads will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. The timer is not displayed while it is running or in the settings screen. Notification permission is used to display the remaining time and to extend/stop the timer via notifications. Access to notifications and device management permissions are optional settings used only to improve the accuracy of pausing and for screen locking.
