Wouldn't know how the app works...because when I go to sign up or sign in, it asks me to reset password. Link gets sent to email and when I click on the link in the email the app attempts to open, but it's nothing but a black screen and then it says app keeps stopping.
after setting the timer for the reward you cant go back to the main screen I have to close out the app and start over
It does music while you potty and you tap on the screen to hear it

the "no help" button is not accurate. it doesn't properly register. my child has had 1 poop accident all week and is only at 10% achieving. Also when I mark things no help, I go back and look at the history and it will be the other smiley faces.

the app always fails to load. when I take the readiness quiz, it says something went wrong and try again later.

I couldn't even get past the creating an account because it kept telling me my password doesn't meet complexity requirements and I tried various different passwords

I couldn't even get it to open because everytime I went to get code from email to create an account, it would send a new code. Uninstalled.
