Good app with integration to Strava. When I'm working on another app while riding, it seems MSeries drops the data collection.
I used this app 5 times a week for three years now it will not even startup. I was using the older app that did not require you to give personal data now it looks like privacy is gone and I also stuck with a broken app. Keiser should not collect any data and not force user to use a broken app. Three years of working great then one day completely broken. Not sure what I will do now! I will now not recommend Keiser equipment with an action like this. June 2026 update broke BT connection on Androi

Absolutely terrible. It took 20 minutes in to the group cycling class to connect to the bike I was on . It must have connected to every other before mine . Then I kept losing connection so out of a 45 min class I got 11 minutes of results. Very frustrating and dangerous too as i had to keep pressing reconnect on on my phone to pick the reading up .😡
Since january apps crashes when on Split screen
to register, you are required to enter your 'biological sex'. you cannot skip this and there is no reason to have this required for registration.
When I click on Strava sync to connect my account. Nothing happens 😕
Takes about 10 to 20 connection attempts before the Android tablet connects to the Keiser m3i bike. Way less connection problems with IOS.

3/11/26 update is awful, supposedly fixed bugs and "improved" Bluetooth yet today I lost connection about a dozen times during a 45 minute spin class. Strava sync is broken again. Also, maybe rethink rolling the bike firmware update into the customer facing app... 👎
