Suddenly, notifications turned off. I have now followed every possible way to get them back, including reinstalling + clearing cache. Give all permissions. Nothing is working. I am on android.

Hello there - I'm very sorry to hear about the difficulty you are having. Since the acquisition by Paylocity in November 2020 support for Samepage has basically gone away. They aren't allocating resources to fix any issues and actively support the apps. Therefore, I would recommend you find an alternate solution.
