Key Bank is the cleanest and trustworthy bank to go to
the new maintenance they keep doing every other day on the app is genuinely about to make me stop using this bank again.
This app is horrible. The only useful feature is the card lock option but when trying to lock the card it keeps saying you have to log off due to too many attempts, when its your first attempt. I will use the website until they fix this option. Its been 2 years with no resolution
Time to change banks. Customer service is very poor.

Crashes a lot, too much maintenance time imo. Always has an issue updating, like today. Annoying when i cant access $ because of some technical issue. Update. Customer service not helpful. Update 2. after multiple new phones the same old thing happens where you have to reset your phone every time you need to use it more then 2x a day. horrible!! can you guys hire younger help that knows what theyre doing please? yeesh. its 2026. no one should be hassled by a banking app. update 3: still sucks!
