Personalized bedtime stories for kids, read aloud. A calm AI story generator.
Luna writes personalized bedtime stories for kids, starring your child by name, and reads them aloud in a calm narrator voice. Luna is an AI story generator made for bedtime. You tell it a little about your child, and it writes a brand-new bedtime story pitched to their age, with illustrated pages and gentle narration. Every personalized story is theirs alone, and there is a new one waiting every night. HOW YOUR CHILD'S BEDTIME STORY IS MADE 1. Set up a child profile: first name and age band (2–3, 4–5, 6–7, 8–9 or 10+). 2. Pick where the story happens: the Starlit Forest, the Sleepy Sea, Dinosaur Valley, the Cloud Kingdom, Snow Village, Space Station Nine, or "surprise me". Then choose a friend for the story. 3. Add something on your child's mind if you like: kindness, courage, honesty, generosity, perseverance, forgiveness, patience, gratitude, helpfulness or friendship. Luna weaves the value softly into a moral story that never lectures. In moments, the story maker has a new illustrated tale ready for bed. AUDIO STORIES WITH READ-ALONG Each story is read aloud like a little audiobook, with every word highlighted as the narrator reads it, so early readers can follow along. Play, pause and use the scrubber to find a favorite page, or read the bedtime story to your child yourself. STORIES FOR TODDLERS AND BIG KIDS Story length follows your child's age: about 3 minutes for toddlers, 6 minutes for young kids and up to 10 minutes for older children. Short stories when they are little, longer tales as they grow. STORY FRIENDS THAT STAY THE SAME Invent the friends in your kids stories from a short description. A friend looks and stays the same in every story, so your child meets them again night after night. AN OFFLINE BOOKSHELF Every personalized bedtime story is saved to your child's bookshelf. Filter by place, revisit old favorites, and read or listen to stories offline, which makes Luna a calm companion for car rides and trips. BEDTIME STORIES IN 12 LANGUAGES Stories can be written in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Arabic, and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), a gentle help for bilingual families. CALM, SAFE SLEEP STORIES FOR KIDS Luna is made for winding down: no peril, no ads, nothing urgent. Settings and purchases sit behind a grown-ups gate, so your child never sees a store.
