Bug fixes.
Read Wi-Fi signal and channel congestion, then get one clear next step.
WiFi Clarity turns Android Wi-Fi measurements into a result you can understand. Measure the network you are connected to and see: • current signal strength in dBm • Wi-Fi band, channel, channel width, and link speed • a live 60-second signal graph while the Signal tab is open • nearby 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz channel overlap • 6 GHz observations when your Android device provides them After each measurement, the raw values appear immediately. You can then watch one rewarded ad to unlock a plain-language interpretation and one practical next step. If the ad cannot load, the interpretation opens for free. A one-time purchase removes this ad gate permanently. WiFi Clarity avoids false certainty. A channel is recommended only when the scan is recent and Android provides the allowed-channel list. If the evidence is incomplete or old, the app says that it cannot make a reliable recommendation. The app can also tell you when Android reports that the current Wi-Fi needs a sign-in or does not have validated internet access. Privacy by design: • analysis happens on your device • no background location permission • signal sampling stops when the Signal tab or app is not visible • Wi-Fi names, device addresses, IP details, raw signal values, channels, and exact measurement times are not sent in analytics events Android requires nearby Wi-Fi or location permission to expose scan results. WiFi Clarity uses that permission only to read Wi-Fi information; it does not calculate or store your physical location. WiFi Clarity does not change router settings, test internet speed, or identify devices on your network. It focuses on one job: showing what Android can currently observe and explaining what to do next.
