WABA Panel is the official mobile app for your WABA Panel account. Sign in with your existing panel login and manage your business conversations from your phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Team inbox: see all customer chats in one list with unread counts, filters and search inside a chat • Reply fast: text, emoji, reactions, quoted replies, voice notes, photos, videos and documents • 24-hour window timer: every WhatsApp chat shows the time left to reply, and switches to template sending when the window closes • Templates: send your approved message templates in one tap • Campaigns: view your campaigns from the panel • Contacts and channels: check your connected number and channel details • Push notifications with direct reply and mark-as-read • Offline mode: cached chats open instantly, and messages you send without internet are queued and sent automatically • Drafts saved per chat, forward and multi-select, starred messages • App lock with fingerprint or device PIN • Dark mode, sticker button, backup and restore of your local copy HOW IT WORKS Your chats, templates and campaigns live in your WABA Panel workspace on the web. The app signs in to the same workspace, so nothing is lost when you switch phones. A WABA Panel account and a connected WhatsApp Business API number are required. PRIVACY Contacts are read only when you tap Contact in a chat to share a contact card. Location is read only when you tap Location to share your current location.
