useless app did not recognize my KMC powerstrip

Scanned the qr code on the smart plug box. Set up 4 plugs and 2 automations in under an hour. Also would request that plugs can be renamed after set. Nvm found it app is good.

I can't add new plugs. It says my wifi has no internet connection, but I'm currently streaming tv through the same fast wifi connection. Device discovery failed. Yes, wifi and Bluetooth are turned on for my phone,and my internet works great throughout my house. Sad face. I'll buy a different brand in the future.

I love these. I can move them around as needed, nothing is hard- wired.

I haven't had any big issues like the ones reported in the one star reviews. I use the app to control a few "smart plug" devices which I've used to measure energy consumption of a number of household appliances. I've also used the timer capability to run a dehumidifier only during night hours. The scheduling operation for smart plugs needs uninterrupted network connectivity, so I wouldn't recommend using this for anything critical, like medical devices or freezers with expensive contents.

the last update took away the status light and now i have to select each one to see if it is on or not
