This application is experiencing persistance freezing issues during study sessions, leading to audio disruptions and a recurring return to the initial state. These technical difficulties are causing me significant user fraustration, and reinstalling the application has not resolved the problem. please fix

I tried to get into this appt at lease five times call for help never received a call back
great training and helps with the job at hand when you pay attention to the modules
