Thanks for asking! EasyFit has a free version available, and a paid subscription is completely optional for access to more features.
It seems very detailed on setup but the injury part doesn't ask if you have an ab injury (diastasis recti). There are some simple and effective exercises for diastasis recti that they could add (deadbug, etc) and they should not recommend crunches to someone with diastasis recti.
