Krapka is a diary for those undergoing GLP-1 therapy. Once a week, you put a dot, and the application collects everything else into one clear picture: injection dates, injection sites, weight, measurements and well-being. No accounts or registration. All data is stored only on your phone. PUT A DOT THIS WEEK • One touch - and the week is closed: date, time, dose and note • The main screen immediately shows when the next injection is • A streak of weeks in a row and a small celebration after each dot • Missed a week? No judgment - just keep going INJECTION PLACE UNDER CONTROL • Zone diagram: stomach, hips, shoulders - left and right sides • You can see where you injected recently, and which zone has already rested • Krapka will tell you which zone to choose this time WEIGHT AND MEASUREMENTS • Graphs for 7 days, 30 days, 3 months or all time • Change from the start, percentage and average pace for the week • Target weight and how much is left to it • Body measurements: waist, hips, stomach, chest, arm, leg, neck Feeling in a minute • Hunger, food noise and appetite - on separate scales • Side effects with intensity: nausea, fatigue, heartburn and others • Binding to the day after the injection to see how you feel during the week DIARY AND VICTORY • Notes from mood • “Victory of the week” — changes that are not visible on the scales: jeans fit, stairs without shortness of breath, more energy • Calendar with the history of points, weight and well-being DISCRETE REMINDERS • Reminder for an injection on your day and time, with a repeat if you forgot • Evening reminder for check-in — optional • Notifications never have the name of the drug or dose: the lock screen is not only visible to you A DROP BY THE WAY Kropa — the mascot of Krapka.
