Block screen touches without stopping video. Start from Android Quick Settings.
Block screen touches to watch videos without accidental pauses, seeking, or unwanted taps. Your content stays visible and keeps playing while taps and swipes are blocked from reaching the app underneath. Start Tap Screen: Touch Lock directly from Android Quick Settings without opening the main app. Main features • Block touch input while keeping the screen and content active. • Turn Touch Lock on or off from an Android Quick Settings tile. • Unlock by pressing and holding the small lock icon for about 2 seconds. • Use the active-session notification as an additional way to unlock. • Transparent touch-blocking overlay with no permanent floating button after the session ends. When it is useful • Videos and movies: hold your phone without accidentally pausing, seeking, or opening controls. • Kids watching content: keep a cartoon or video playing while preventing accidental taps. • Navigation: activate Touch Lock before driving to reduce accidental map interactions. • Recipes, photos, and instructions: keep important content visible without accidental scrolling or closing. Simple setup Allow Display over other apps access and add the Tap Screen tile to Android Quick Settings. Open the content you want, pull down Quick Settings, and tap the tile. To regain control, hold the lock icon or tap the Quick Settings tile again. Designed for different screens The interface adapts to phones, tablets, and foldable devices in portrait and landscape orientations. Light, dark, and system themes are supported, along with multiple app languages. Trial mode and Lifetime Pro You can try Touch Lock with 4 trial sessions, each lasting up to 4 minutes. When the time limit is reached, touch blocking automatically stops. After all four trial sessions are used, Pro is required to start new Touch Lock sessions. Lifetime Pro unlocks unlimited sessions and removes the 4-minute session limit. It is a one-time purchase through Google Play with no subscription. Purchase restore is supported. There are no ads in either trial or Pro mode. Permissions and important limitations Display over other apps access is required to place the touch-blocking overlay above other apps. The notification shows the active session and provides an additional way to stop it. Tap Screen does not use AccessibilityService and does not read the content of other apps. Tap Screen is designed to prevent accidental touches. It is not a password lock or parental control system. The physical power button is not blocked. On protected screens where Android prevents third-party overlays, Touch Lock may be unavailable. Keep your video, map, photo, or other content visible and regain touch control only when you need it.
