Dear CSPACE Team, "It is not enough to just upload movies to a platform like C Space; the app's User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) need to stand out and be updated regularly. Instead of filling the platform with substandard parallel cinema, we should bring in high-quality, fantasy-based short films and diverse content similar to the works of Bhavana Studios. Only through such quality upgrades will the audience truly embrace the platform."

paid ₹75 to rent a movie for 720 hours, but I am unable to watch it. Please refund my payment or activate my rental. My payment was made through Google Pay.
nice
I’ve been using C Space for a while now, and honestly, I think there’s so much untapped potential here. With a platform like this, you could be doing WAY more to engage users and build a real community of movie lovers. For example, why not upload a collection of classic movies–from Malayalam golden age films to rare, international gems–and offer them as rentals directly in the app? Not everyone wants to chase down DVDs or pay for a dozen different streaming services. Hoping you'll do better.

I paid rent for one movie, after paying its not opening.... Again it's asking rent. Whats the strategy of collecting money from people.... I raised the complaint ticket, but there is no response there also.

A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
