Everytime I open the app or go to my profile I get a "unrecognized error" alert. I have uninstall and reinstalled the with no help of correcting the problem.
Hands down the best app and software provided by a brokerage/company to its agents. People.... join KW, it's amazing. You won't regret it.

terrible app. overwhelming. takes all my contacts without any privacy. unable to delete contacts. needlessly complicated.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration. The app cannot access your contacts without your permission. To revoke access to your phone's contacts, navigate to Settings > Apps, select Command app, then tap on Permissions. Locate the "Contacts" permission and change it to "Don't allow". We allow archiving of contacts but not full deletion.

Recently, I've been receiving duplicates of campaign in-app and push notifications. E.g. yesterday I received 1 new lead notification. Today I get 2 notifications but 1 of the 2 is a duplicate of yesterday's notification.

I love what it's supposed to do, but I hate that I keep having to uninstall then reinstall the app to be able to log in and use it.

Constantly crashes, and now I'm getting an "invalid token" error -- can't even log in. KW agents must demand better.
