If you're looking for Steel coasters, I would go to Six Flags New England. Why? Because the only 2 Steel coasters at Compounce are just awful. The only restraints are lap bars, so it's not a smooth ride. And I'm not a fan of boomerang coasters - I hate going backwards! So that left Phobia - not a smooth ride. Disappointing. ☹️

Had a really great time at Lake Compounce today! The ride ops were all super friendly and all rides were running. Loved all the coasters, and the views from the Ferris Wheel were top notch!! The only downside to the park was the long wait for food and lack of ice in the refill stations. Other than that, great park with a beautiful setting!
