Langu: practice languages

Langu is a messenger for people who are learning a language. You talk to real people, at your own pace, and the app helps exactly where you get stuck: a word you don't know, a sentence you didn't follow, a reply you can't work out how to write. No flashcards, no generic lessons. You learn by having conversations. HOW IT WORKS Every chat has two languages: yours and the one on the other side. You write in the language you're learning, and the other person reads it in theirs. Both of you practise at the same time, in the same conversation. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Translate any message without leaving the chat, with the original and the translation side by side. • Ask for a grammar explanation of a whole sentence: the app breaks it into pieces, explains each word and shows the rules being used. • Tap any word to see what it means in the context of that conversation. • Get suggested replies when you're lost for words, already written in the language you're practising. • Play any message as audio to work on listening and pronunciation. • Record voice notes, send photos and reply to specific messages, like any messenger. • Chat in groups with several language partners in the same room. • Keep a daily streak with each person and see how long you've been practising together. PROGRESS THAT IS ACTUALLY MEASURED Langu tracks four things from your real conversations, not from tests: • Reading — how much of what you read you genuinely understand. • Writing independence — how much you write on your own, without using suggestions. • Accuracy — how much of what you write comes out correct. • Vocabulary — words you understand and words you already use yourself. No invented levels and no quizzes. The numbers come from conversations you have already had. PLANS Langu is free for chatting, translating and a few grammar explanations a day. The Plus and Pro plans unlock unlimited translation, more grammar explanations per day, suggested replies, writing evaluation and the full fluency dashboard. Pro also connects your conversations to Telegram. Subscriptions are monthly or annual, billed through Google Play, and renew automatically at the price and frequency shown in the app unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel at any time in your Google Play account settings. AI FEATURES Translation, grammar explanations, suggested replies and writing evaluation use artificial intelligence models. These features only process the content of your messages if you turn on AI content sharing in settings — and you can turn it off whenever you want. PRIVACY AND SAFETY Langu is for people aged 13 and over. You can block and report users or content, and chat is moderated to help keep conversations safe. You sign in with your phone number. Your conversations are yours: we don't sell your data and we don't use your messages for advertising. The full privacy policy is available in the app and on the store listing.
