The app is nice. Has lots of inspirational stuff in there. It doesn't feel like I am talking to a robot most of the time. But right when I finished my first session and tried to start my second session, it said I had to pay just to do more sessions. I tried to continue, but it won't let me. I thought this was supposed to be therapy, not pay, so you can be sane again. Not recommended unless you want to pay to subscribe for a 7 day free trial just to continue.

I just got a bark phone. both my guardian and I keep uninstalling and it just re downloads itself the next day. I did try the app, but truthfully it feels like journalling, which is something I am uncomfortable with, online or physically. Im sure this works for other people just fine. (not. most of these reviews are 5 stars and look like they were written by bots)

I love this so much! I was given this particular phone so my parents could helicopter whenever they want. The first time I had freetime with it, I decided to see what the app was. I have learned about much of the content in my Partial Hopitalization Program, but this app helps me understand so much more. I have used it to help me with PHP, and it's doing great. 10/10

I have this app through work. I like the daily journal prompt and classes, but I really wish there were more meditations.

So cool 😎 my husband is awesome

Can't get to therapy sessions, 2 different apps to do anything, and I work in tech. Very frustrating to use for therapy sessions or anything outside of pre recorded sessions
