cannot sign in, im able to sign in on my web browser on my pc but when I enter same login info in app it says its invalid and login attempt has been documented, fix your app

bad they make it hard to register

Login is so clunky. Multi-factor authentication stalls and then locks me out for too many login attempts. In-app navigation is also tedious.

Do not download if you have a personal loan that was bought out and switched to this company. I got off the phone with a customer service rep, and they told me that this was only used for student loans and other type of loans. even though in the application, it specifies loans. Apparently, mine's not the right kind of loan to use their application

log into website works. same login doesnt work for the app. trash. and this co seems sketchy.

this app and there main site are junk. can't login every month when I go to pay the bill system doesn't work properly and I have to reset the password every time. Didn't get my loan through them it got sold to them so now instead of paying with ease I have to reset my password everytime and 9 tines out of 10 when I try it doesn't even work. it's like they are trying to make borrowers be late and have to pay more money.

My personal loan was purchased and now managed by Launch. I'm unable to log in to the app after creating my account from an email link.

I can't access my account thru the app I was told by launch I have to do everything on the website. sorry company and app
