told one thing and then another was supposed to have a letter to review last night never got it told by lawyer daft was ready and I can't say their name would be sending it within a hour. I've been trying to get this written since October 7th. They state, they sent a general ease. One on the eighth, no, they did it. I've been waiting for it last dinner. Release form, I have in my inbox. Dates back to probably August late, June. It's where I found a form to get that submitted to get it done.

Not the greatest app, & even worse, the local law firm has a horrible phone system which makes them incredibly difficult to contact.

garbage no personal responsibility for the people they refer you to. it was so embarrassing our attorneys spent 20+ billable hours on our case tens of thousands of dollars and couldn't even layout facts for the judge and gave up any defenses we had. the judge literally asked do you even know WHY WE ARE HERE? save your money and find a reputable attorney or end up spending twice as much throwing half of it away to garbage attorneys. maybe you will lose your home to foreclosure...

it is useful. design needs some work and consideration for clients, it is not easy to use mobile app to fill out legal inquiries blocks viewing what is being typed because of screen format, and can glitch and kick you out of whole entry with a 45 minute time out while continually actively filling out their multi page screen forms. these design difficulties are no reflection on the local legal services and communication provided once forms are submitted.

getting the will done for your spouse is an absolute nightmare. also, their questionnaire on the app is a joke, you'll submit it and then they need even more information afterwards because they didn't ask you everything the first time. Family plan is a joke, I can't link my account to my husbands. they just want more money and want you to pay for 2 plans instead of actually linking it so he can do his will. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
