I love the letpot!! I have never had a green thumb and this has solved everything for me!! I love that it sends me messages when I need to add more water and I can turn the light on and off from my phone! Everything has started growing wonderfully and we've already started snacking off of it! ❤️

This product could have been a great solution for home Cannabis gardens. Unfortunately they provide next to no customer support and rely almost entirely on an ineffectual A.I. to field product questions. When pointing out a glitch in their programing that was easily replicated, their repeated response was apathetically obtuse. I would not trust this product.

This app has amazing information about the growth cycle and harvest of your plants. However I rarely can actually connect to my letpot, I cant journal or change settings. Its very frustrating, I hope this well be addressed in the near future.

Can't connect my Letpot. Tried many ways. No progress. Can't even reach tech support through app.

app sucks and don't need my info to water plants. lots of others that don't use this info
