the parcel and shipping details don't update, and the estimated delivery time is never true bcoz they write on the app something but the actual delivery date is different and always late.

the customer service is very slow and no updating emails about the orders or refunds, even in the application no updates on the order , no tracking .... nothing very baad service i don't recommend shopping in it

High foreground data usage. was on the app for 10 mins and it used used 16gb of data. Not impressed by this.

it is a good app. but apparenly its using big data in the background. have to uninstall. 🤷🏻♀️
