Comics Plus

It's so jank. you download a graphic novel or a manga, and the app tells you it is downloaded, but then you go to read it and you get caught in a spiral of loading that never actually completes. It's so incredibly inconsistent as to whether it will work for you today or not, regardless of if you have downloaded the title or not, or you're streaming it but with a strong connection. It's very bad. I only use it because I have to and my library subscribes to it, but I'm sure there's way better.
