Open an email you received as a file (.eml) on your phone. Read the message, then open or save its attachments. There is no sign-in, and the app does not connect to your mail account. MESSAGE - Formatted emails are fitted to your screen width, and you can pinch to zoom. - In dark mode the message is still drawn on white paper, so the text stays readable. - You can switch to a plain text view. - Find words in the message and copy text. ATTACHMENTS - See each attachment's name and size, then open, save or share it. - Save several attachments to a folder in one step. - Open an email that is attached inside another email. - Before opening a program, an installer or a similar file, the app asks first. GARBLED TEXT - For emails written in older Korean, Japanese, Chinese and other encodings, the app tries to detect the encoding. - If text looks wrong, you can pick the encoding yourself. SENDER AND LINKS - The sender's real address is always shown under the display name. - When you tap a link, you see the real address first and choose whether to open it. PRIVACY - The screen that shows an email does not use the internet. Viewing an email does not load remote images or run scripts in the message. - If you choose to open a link in your browser, that site can see your visit. - Emails are read on your device. They are not sent to a server. - Internet access and the advertising ID are used only to show ads and send app usage statistics, and Google services process device information for this. See the privacy policy for details. MORE - Tap an .eml file in your files app to open it directly. - View all headers and the raw source. - Print or save as PDF. The subject, sender and date are included. GOOD TO KNOW - View only. You cannot reply or send email. - Opens .eml files. It cannot open .msg files or files that hold several emails (mbox) yet. - Encrypted emails cannot be shown. Signed emails are shown, but the signature is not verified. - Requires Android 11 or later.
