littledots is a small travel community for people who can't stop planning the next trip. It's a trip planner and a travel journal in one app, and you share it with the people you travel with. PLAN GROUP TRIPS TOGETHER You build the itinerary day by day: the flights, the hotels, the train to the coast and the dinner someone told you about. Invite the people coming along and everyone works from the same plan, at the same times whichever timezone each of you is in. Organizers and contributors add to the plan, and guests see all of it. Every shared trip has a chat of its own for the "lobby at 9:40?" questions. TRAVEL MODE, FOR THE DAYS YOU'RE AWAY While you're on a trip, Travel mode gives it a screen of its own. Today's plan opens on what comes next, and the arrow beside each stop opens directions in your maps app. Adding a photo takes one tap. Your tickets and bookings are on the phone when you need them, offline too. YOUR PHOTOS BECOME DOTS ON THE MAP You add photos to the whole trip or to one stop on the itinerary. Photos that know where they were taken show up as dots along your route, and littledots suggests which stop each one belongs to. Your favorite shots turn into a collage with polaroid frames, flags and emoji. WATCH YOUR WORLD MAP FILL IN Mark a trip or a place as visited and a dot lands on your map. The countries you've been to fill in, and your badges keep count of countries and continents as the list grows. SHARE WHAT YOU WANT, KEEP THE REST Everything you add is private until you decide otherwise. You invite people to a trip, or you publish it on your public travel journal and choose trip by trip who gets to look. Boarding passes, hotel bookings and scans are encrypted. I don't sell what you put in here, and nobody trains an AI on your trips or your photos. MAGIC HELPERS WHEN YOU WANT THEM A tap looks up a hotel, a restaurant or a museum and pulls in its address and photos. A flight number turns into a full itinerary item with its times, and the forecast shows the week you're there. You can even plan a whole trip in a conversation. They lean on outside services, so they stay off until you switch them on. WILL YOUR CABIN BAG FIT? Baggage checks the size of your carry-on against the cabin bag limits of more than 160 airlines before you pack. A SMALL COMMUNITY WITH A REAL WELCOME Everyone who joins is welcomed in by a community guide, a fellow traveler who's already here. The community is very small right now, so that guide is me, Wolfi, the one person building littledots. Members who opt in light up one shared map of everywhere we went over the last year, anonymously. Nobody is ranked, and nobody is selling anything.
