Needs a SERIOUS update. The download function for files doesn't work. You press to download and a message saying "download has started" appears, but nothing else happens. The file appears to download randomly at some point later. The Open and Share With App features do nothing when you select them. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES!!!!!!!

No function to move existing file in a folder
Great service. A bit of an unsung hero.
Does what it says on the tin. Have had Livedrive for over 10 years. I don't have to worry about NAS drives or failed hard drives. Also the availability anywhere.
Uploads are EXTREMLY slow. You'll occasionally lose your files due to them becoming corrupted. Don't bother asking them why. They'll never tell you. Use terabox instead.
if you wish to use this with an online browser, then you'll need to use TOR. Nothing else will work
useless, You can not select which folder should backup. you can not delete permanently filed that already uploaded You can not change the settings.
Does the job surprisingly well
im not happy that getting my videos off this platform hasn't been easy, and finding out years later, the thumbnail is there, but the file isn't.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing when accessing your files. Please contact our Technical Support Team by emailing csteam@livedrive.com and someone will get back to you shortly. Thank you!
I've been a user of Livedrive backup since 2012. The service is reliable and good value. I recently experience a drive failure and needed to use Livedrive to recover over 6TB of files. Livedrive did a great job and recovered over 99% of those files which I think is a great result. The feature set is however limited and encryption of files at rest would be a desirable feature. The frequency of updates to the x86 desktop client is also disappointing with no updates since June 2021.
