Jabra Enhance Select

The app is very slow to open and connect to the hearing aids. It loses connection and i have to restart bluetooth to get the app to work. Bluetooth never loses connection with anything else. I wish there was a way to fine tune treble, mid, and base myself. I know what I need better than anyone else. The app makers have decided that it would be smart to make me log in almost every day. I go to the app when i need to adjust my hearing aids. you can't adjust them anywhere else.

App ver 5.1.0, Android 17. This app doesn't handle Do Not Disturb correctly. After turning off Do Not Disturb, despite connected to Bluetooth no phone ringing, no phone voice, no music, no audiobook heard. Force stop, clear cache, restart phone, pressing aid's buttons all fail to put out any audio. Only fix is to put aid's in charger then go through full connect procedure again. And when you don't have the charger with you, you're screwed.

these heari g aids work a lot better than the ones I bought for 6,000 6 years ago. I can hear a lot better.

love my new hearing aids. bought online after research. hear as good as with my $5000 hearing aids i bought 5yrs ago. didn't have to go for appointment with specialist. was easy to install app on phone to connect my new hearing aids. thanks Jabra

used with Pixel 9 Pro XL (an approved phone). Hearing aids were always disconnecting, which was really irritating because they would try to reconnect when I received a phone call, which always meant that I would miss the first several seconds of a call! it became so bad that I signed off their ability to take calls. then I bought a Pixel 11 Pro XL, that's when things got bad! right side hearing aid will stop streaming randomly. they pretty much stay disconnected from the app, and Bluetooth.

My first time with Jabra. I have had Phillips before. I like the size and the fit. I have only had these a couple of weeks so I have not had my zoom conference yet. So far the only thing I am having a problem with is when my phone rings and I answer there is a lag to connect. We are both saying hello for a few seconds before we can hear each other. On my Phillips it was instantaneous. Hopefully when I have my meeting we can fix this.

My aids would not connect to the app at all today.I did a deep clean, had to restart several times, then it said found aids, your ears will be smiling, but went back to restart again. I was meeting friends at a restaurant so I had to grab the cheap aids I bought otc. At the restaurant these cheap aids were so much better. Jabra aids have a restaurant option but it doesn't decrease background noise even after trying all the adjustments. Very annoying

It was very easy to install my new app. I have older Jabra hearing aids so I had to uninstall the former app and reinstall this app for my Enhance Select hearing aids.
