I think this app has malware in it. My battery has been draining quickly the last few days, and I just checked at the end of today after charging my phone twice - lockly was 50% of my battery usage, and I never even opened it since days ago.
Its interesting this app is rated 2.9, which i never noticed until i came in to update it. but ive never had a problem with the app, simple with many tools. i dont ever have an iasue with it and like its versatility.
is ben almost 4 years using this smart lock. easy-to-use. never have a issue. remote or Bluetooth also in the app is good to know the battery %
The fingerprint reader stopped working after around two years. It can record/learn fingerprints, but won't wake up the reader while trying to unlock the door. Support was unhelpful, and was trying to sell me a new lock. I'll stick with this half broken one, until it dies completely, and then I'll switch to another brand.
If you are looking at this app because you have a Lockly product, let me be the first to say, "I'm sorry." I'm ashamed to say that the marketing worked on me, and now I have more than a few locks that are complete garbage. Even when they consider working, they usually get stuck on themselves and when you try to open the door after the lock has (allegedly) disengaged, you look like a complete idiot trying to open a door that is in fact still locked. I hate this app and the locks. Negative stars.

you pay almost 400 bucks to keep your house secure and pay for a warranty. but that means nothing because it doesn't cover damaged, lost, and/or stolen devices. I didn't need a new device. all I called about was my hub being stolen. IDK what someone thought they were taking but it's the unit needed in order to use the camera and intercom. and to update the firmware. does lockly care? of course not. they want you to pay more despite the warranty. I'm going back to Kwikset. screw lockly.
the device and app are good but the customer service is horrible and please don't have any damage, theft or loss of any kind of attachments to your device because despite a warranty and paying nearly $400.00 for the device, it's not covered. They expect you to dish out more money for any replacement. The company is bogus. I'm going back to Kwikset. Lockly will keep good paying customers in debt and not care.

The app seems to function ok. The one simple feature i WISH it had is the ability to just Unlock a door for X hours. I dont like using Welcome mode because I have to set a a window for a specific day and time and if I forgot to shut it off, I now a door that Is unlocked when I dont want it to be. it would be voodoo simple for them to add a small hour:minute dialog box next to the Lock/Unlock button that lets you quickly set hour many hours and minutes you want to have the door unlocked.

Poor performance and just doesn't work well.
app sucks, spent 45mins looking how to change alerts, still cant find it.
