paid for a tutoring session for the tutor to never show up. Emailed them immediately and got no response. Called the phone number they offered and it was no longer in service. Hoping I get my money back otherwise this will have been a total scam

couldn't even verify my account. it never sent me a code or anything.
LSATMax is a great way to prepare you for the LSAT. It's user-friendly, informative, and at your fingertips. I highly recommend this app if you're looking to ace the LSAT.

Access blocked. I purchased Lifetime Access with tutors but Lsat Max blocked my access. I have been attempting to get in contact with Lsat Max and I am always transferred to a live agent who leaves a Message to have the support team contact me back. I still have not received a call back or email from Support to this day. Very frustrating.

New user. Started with daily drills and immediately there was relevant content missing from some questions, thus impossible to answer some questions. Seems like an old issue that hasn't been addressed.

Hi Robert, thanks for downloading our app! There is no content missing from the daily drills. I am assuming you are referring to our "Identify the Question Type" drills, which will only show you the question stem since that is what determines the question type. P.S. you can access from computer here: https://testmaxprep.com/lsat/login
cool
absolutely still use other tools while you're preparing for the LSAT, but this app gives you a study schedule breakdown and the analytics on what you need to practice which really really helps with structuring your prep.

I like the way in every lecture, complicated topics break into a small rule.
I can't sign up because it says I have an account already, but when I try to reset my password, no matter having updated the app and all, it tells me there is a reset error. So I can't use the app at all.

I am studying for the November 2024 LSAT and I chose LSAT Max to study with after doing lessons on Khan Academy. I must say that overall, LSAT Max has been an Excellent learning platform. My only criticism is that the mobile version of the app is inferior to the online version you would see on a normal computer, as the controls and viewability of the lessons on the mobile app are not as robust as when on the computer. Otherwise the subscription has been money well spent.
