great concept but super inconsistent on timing

Great communication and prompt service.
I wanna book labor only for like two hours, options are buried, not sure why they need a pick up to unload a POD. This app is very confusing, unable to find or figure it out.

Hi Forrest, thank you for your review! We're so sorry to hear that you had trouble booking. While you will need to select a vehicle type, you can still book labor-only. You would just schedule a Lugg and enter the same address for both the pickup and drop-off. If you need further assistance, please email support@lugg.com or chat in on lugg.com!
The app was easy to use. It provided clear communication throughout the process and allows tipping in app after the job is completed. Great experience.

I had the best experience with this service. Thomas and Omo picked up and delivered a sofa for me. They were kind and courteous and went above and beyond. The communication was great and the furniture was delivered in pristine condition!! I will use this service over and over and over again.
Great for short moves charged by the minute
I needed a large heavy piece of furniture moved and contacted Lugg through the app. They were here in 30 minutes and got the job done. Very professional and friendly. Thank you !

The movers lost part of my bed. When I used the chat in the app they needed me to manually look up my order number, the app could not link my message to the order. Fine. I send that to them then they reply and say actually I now need to email them. What is the point of offering messaging in the app if I actually need to email them for support anyways? Terrible experience from beginning to end.
