Hot looks for less with a simple to navigate app!
App is basically unusable. Installed app and logged in but basically couldn't do anything except view the home page. other pages and search dont work and basically just show a black screen or load forever. Reinstalling the app just gets me stuck in the sign in page. Terrible experience so far
Why is this app always so glitchy and terrible? I hate shopping on it.
I loved their dresses but 2 of them shrinked!! second one I washed without putting in dryer and shrinked I m so mad I loved that dress feels like faste of money!
good options, fair prices. sizes are true & quality is fair/good.
I love shopping at Lulus for the best in bodysuits
its the worst app on internet. first they changed my order, sent me ugliest dress instead and i have to pay $6 for return label. i wish i could igive them -1 rating

The app is constantly glitching, so I cannot actually pay for the items in my cart, nor can I use the app-exclusive discounts online. Customer care is impossible to get ahold of. Not a good look.
Love Love Love
Love it and the quality is great!!
