Thank you for sharing this — 'lifted us up through hard times' is something we will be thinking about for a while. If you ever want to explore more of what the lamps can do, or just have a question, we are at support@luvlink.com any time. Really glad you found us.
Love the concept! Keeps us with the thought of "I'm thinking of you" or even Hello 👋
Developer reply
Knowing someone is thinking of you, without anyone having to say a word — that is the whole idea, and it is lovely to hear it landing that way. Hope the other end feels it every time. If either of you ever needs a hand, support@luvlink.com is always open.
Love it! Can customize color, patterns, and brightness. My bestie and I have had a blast annoying our SOs with our light wars 😂 💯 recommend!
Developer reply
Light wars between besties is a use case we fully support, and we hope the SOs never quite get used to it 😄 Really glad it is hitting the spot. If you ever want a hand with anything — settings, colours, anything at all — we are at support@luvlink.com whenever you need us.
bought 3 . ABSOLUTE joke. None of them will connect ! A total waste of over $130.00.!! i got 3 of the hoop infinity lamps and 2 are in Idaho , 1 is in Missouri . There is NO CONNECTING THEM ! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY .
Developer reply
We are so sorry — with lamps spread across Idaho and Missouri, these were clearly meant to keep people connected, and none of them working is the worst possible result. Please send us a note at support@luvlink.com and we will do our best to turn this around for you and whoever is waiting at the other end.
doesn't work as expected. get a bracelet instead
Developer reply
We're really sorry about this, and thank you for taking the time to tell us. It isn't the experience we want anyone to have, and we would very much like to put it right for you. Please email us at support@luvlink.com and a real person will work through it with you, for as long as it takes.
I love that we can keep in touch!
Developer reply
Keeping in touch — that is exactly what these are for. So glad it is working for you!
love it 😀 😍 ❤️ ♥️ 💕

Love this — hope the other end feels every single touch. ❤️
I bought two last year for my cousin and I. This summer I bought 3 more when my gradbabies moved away. I have two lamps at home and one at work, to recieve luv taps from my cousin and grandbabies. This product is genius! It keeps me closer to my loved ones everyday who are thousands of miles away. Install and functionality is top notch, the company is responsive and resolves issues quickly with genuine concern. I can't say enough about the joy it brings me!
Developer reply
Five lamps and counting — you are officially our kind of person. So glad they are bringing the joy!
Android version does not work well, hard to find how to customize.
Developer reply
Sorry about this — the Android experience should be smoother, and finding the customisation options should not feel like a puzzle. Both of those are on us to get right and we have clearly not got there yet. If you email support@luvlink.com and tell us which bits are giving you grief, we will look at it with you properly.
best way for me and my family to feel connected. my nephew looks forward to it every night and so do me and my sisters. its a way to say I love you even tho we are miles apart ❤️
Developer reply
A nightly I love you across the miles — that is everything. Thank you for this. ❤️
