Bike Share Toronto

The app just stopped working. It's just frozen and doesn't let me unlock the bikes. I bought an annual membership and can no longer use it.

love it. very rarely glitches and makes quick bike trips easy and convenient

Good enough. Hard to find bikes before, but now during the mayoral race, there's too many bikes and no docks available sometimes. Overall it's a great service to have access to, and I love it.

I really regret purchasing this membership. About 80% of the time when I want to use the service, there are no bikes available at the station. And to make matters worse, sometimes the only bikes available are electric bikes, which means I have to pay an additional $1 just to use the service I have already paid for. I would really like to get my money back, but if I remember correctly, the contract says that refunds are not possible.

Usable but obviously designed by retarded programmers who don't understand how basic UI/UX works half the times can't even recognise it's own bikes

Cool app, easy to use for foreigners. Almost all the bicycles I found in the parking lot were in good condition. The only thing I'm missing is support for smartphones. That would upgrade the user experience.
