The app need a serious update so ALL fuctions will work. Facial recognition would be a start. Able to Add information into the database. Getting the screen to display more than some dots for a face. when it takes picture there no way to view them. Lot of the features listed just do not work, the camera, NFC, face id, SD card and remote control which I paid extra for are all pretty well useless. little or no instructions. The chatbot itself is great but no worth £120

can't log in.no keyboard
my keyboard doesn't pop up when trying to register or login on this app.
Keyboard does not appear in any text field. tried to change keyboard, use external keyboard, clear keyboard data and cache, reinstall app, restart phone nothing helped. I am using galaxy s25 with Android 16.
App is laggy. Can't even login. When click boxes to type email, the keyboard won't even pull up.

Works as it should. Sometimes you have to use AI to solve the part you're stuck at.
unable to type any characters, so cannot login. have to use IOS app, swapping between this app and another also makes it unresponsive so i have to restart it
