Self Atlas is a private wellbeing diary for everyday life: a minute of attention for yourself. Notice how you feel, write a few lines and, over time, see your own patterns. No account, no ads, no cloud: your entries stay encrypted on your phone. Free, always: • One-tap check-in: mood, energy and tension on a 1–5 scale • Optional feelings vocabulary: 32 named feelings in four zones, plus context tags and a short note • Private journal with search, and a Today timeline of your check-ins and notes • Week and month overview with simple charts and observations about your tags and feelings. These are coincidences in your own records, never causes and never a diagnosis • A library of 65 items: 30 self-reflection tests, 13 short reads on stress, emotions and the brain, 8 practices, 8 relaxation and 6 reflection exercises • Guided breathing with an animated circle: Calm 4–6 and Box 4–4–4–4 • Occasional gentle suggestions, at most one a day • An optional, neutral daily reminder, with no streaks and no pressure • Home-screen widgets: How are you?, Breathing, Question of the day and Practice of the day • Light and dark theme; English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Russian • "Need help now": verified support and crisis lines for 31 countries. Works offline, even while the app is locked Private by design: • Your entries are stored only on this device, in an encrypted database (SQLCipher) • Optional 4-digit PIN and device biometrics • Free encrypted backup to a file you choose, protected by its own password (AES-256-GCM), and restore, for example on a new phone • Free spreadsheet (CSV) export of your check-ins, journal and test results • No account, no ads, no analytics. The app's own code does not use the internet; purchases are handled by Google Play • Delete a single entry or all your data at any time Self Atlas Plus (optional): For regular users who want a longer view. Monthly or yearly subscription (the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial if you are eligible) or a one-time lifetime purchase: • 3-month and yearly overview, and a "year in pixels" • Export your overview as a PDF, for example to share with a therapist • Personal trackers: your own 1–5 scales • "My week" widget with your mood over the last 7 days (off by default, hidden while the app lock is on) Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. Your records always stay yours and free to open. Important: Self Atlas is a tool for self-observation and reflection. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not therapy and not a crisis service, and it does not replace help from a doctor, psychologist or other professional. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number.
