Haven't seen such an app which ask to contact IT for help. While this app is expected for support purpose.

the app barely works on my Samsung tablet, I'll give it commands from the console and it would keep on syncing indefinitely. I restart my tablet and it would automatically start syncing indefinitely. I haven't been. able to get my tablet to do anything for a while now because of this indefinite sync. please fix this
